Scope
All AI systems placed on the EU market, regardless of where developed. Risk-based tiers: unacceptable risk (banned), high-risk (strict obligations), limited risk (transparency), minimal risk (no obligations).

Up to €35M or 7% of global annual turnover (whichever higher) for prohibited practices. Up to €15M or 3% for other violations.
